    Characterization of noncoding functional elements in mouse and human genomes

    I am interested in delineating the sequence and evolutionary patterns that characterize noncoding functional elements in mouse and human genome. More specifically, I am interested in the cis-regulatory modules that interact with transcription factor GATA1 in the late differentiation of erythroid cells.
