Research:
My present research is directed at gene regulation in the Gram positive pathogen Clostridium difficile.
Currently, my work is aimed at developing tools that will enable me to address questions about in vivo binding and localization of regulators of gene transcription, as well as factors involved in DNA replication and genome maintenance.
