    I study people's journeys to find inspiration in their work.

    I am interested in how people reconnect with meaning and passion in their work. I interview physicians who have experienced a crisis of meaning in their professional lives, focusing on how they navigated these times and the path they took to regaining perspective. At some point in their careers, most people ask themselves if they are truly inspired by what they do. For the many whose answer is no, that point in time can be a fascinating turning point. It is these moments that I seek to explore. In my future work, I plan to focus on the journeys on individuals outside the medical profession.
