  • Research:
    Heterogeneity in single cell decision in angiogenic endothelial cell population.

    Designed and performed experiments for studying single cell decision in cell population priming for angiogenic sprouting. Developed an unbiased method to classify and automatically annotate single cell phenotypic states based on single cell imaging data. Implemented corresponding inference algorithms for parameters describing the dynamics of single cell phenotypic state transitions.
