  • Research:
I am currently involved with research in bridging the digital divide through the use of ICTs including wireless network methods.

Information and Communication Technology for development (ICT4D): This research gives a critical debate on the role of ICT in the development process and to contribute to more informed decision-making concerning ICT development, adaptation, transfer and utilization. One issue that will be investigated, among others, is the question of whether ICT can be used to bridge the digital divide, and if so, what are the conditions which may be required for such technology to help narrow the gap between the haves and the have-nots.
