    Relation of chromatin epi-states with DNA replication.

    The spatio-temporal progression of DNA replication along the human genome allow us to have a better understanding of the higher-order chromatin architecture. Understanding how the genome folds in relation to the epigenetic marks around it, teaches us important lessons of its dynamics through development and the functions related to it, such as gene regulation and genome evolution
