I'm a second-year CS grad student with a strong interest in software that can store, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data efficiently. Last year, I investigated new programming models to support data-intensive supercomputing. Over the summer, I improved a system that schedules dataflow graphs on a multi-core platform, primarily to process streams of images.
