  •
  • Research:
Development of new anode and electrolyte materials for IT-SOFC applications. Development of SOEC materials.

Most of my research interest involves in two research areas. One is developing new anode materials (Ni-based doped ceria anode cermets) for Internal-Reforming SOFC applications where understanding of catalytic reactions like steam reforming and partial oxidation of hydrocarbons takes place. Secondly, developing electrolyte materials which can be sintered at ≤800C (doped-ceria materials). Characterization of nano-materials synthesized by glycine-nitrate-process, sol-gel thermolysis, all precipitation methods.
