    I am developing and using softwares for bioinformatic analyses of gene regulation and annotation. I am now involved in microRNA analyses about precursor and target prediction and validation. I am responsible about Rho Dependent Terminator (RDT) prediction and validation project. I collaborate on GMOD project running GBrowse.org subproject and with C-A Roten (CRIB, University of Lausanne, Switzerland) on analyses about intragenic repeat component and termination of bacterial genes. I manage CRIBI Genomics and Genome Browser databases and sites and their configurations.
