3D structures of proteins by the method of X-ray crystallography. Current work mainly focuses on apoptosis and vesicle trafficking but previous work includes cell cycle regulation (CDKs, cyclins, p53), DNA repair (BRCA1, BRCA2), cell regulation (PP2A), intramembrane proteases (S2P, Rhomboid).
