    The effect of nicotine pre-treatment on Cocaine self-administration in Sprague-Dawley rats.

    We have two groups of rat: experimental and controlled.
    In short, cause i don't want to give out too much info, we pretreat the experimental with nicotine, while pretreating the controlled with saline (salt).
    Then they self administer, and we look at the results. We also compare brains (arc and Cfos).
