Examining the development of connectivity in the accessory olfactory bulb of mice.

My research utilizes electrophysiological, anatomical, and imaging techniques to examine the development of connectivity within the accessory olfatory bulb of mice.
Specifically, we are interested in the development of both individual glomeruli within the AOB, and the dendritic trees of the primary output neurons, mitral cells, including which glomeruli they contact and form tufts in.
