    Mycoremediation of Oil Spill Using Ganoderma lucidum (Lingzhi Mushroom)


    This study seeks to provide a solution to cease the hazards oil spill brings to the environment by using a natural agent, G. lucidum, in accumulating crude oil in water. It is not only the marine ecosystem that will be benefited by this study, but also the people residing in the coastal areas near to where the oil spill has occurred. This study can also benefit the government as it can help reduce the cost of oil spill cleaning-up operations.
