My research interest is neural mechanisms of perception and cognitive abilities of animals. I study those brain functions by combining behavioral analysis, neural imaging and specific modulations of activities or structures of neural networks. My current research is focused on neuronal basis of behaivoral enhancement induced by multisenosry integration. I'm conducting gene expression mapping, singleunit extracellular recordings using tetrodes and drug-injections in the behaving rats.
