  • Research:
Computational modeling of cell and molecular biomechanics

My research focus on computational modeling of microscopic bio-machineries. For example, my last project was study of the motility mechanism of mycoplasma, a kind of bacteria. My current project is to understand the mechanics of bacterial flagellar motor, a complex rotary protein motor.
