  • Research:
I study quantum chemical methods for strongly correlated electrons.

I am exploiting computer symbolic computation to formulate wavefunctions which can describe strongly correlated systems, and local approximations to make these computable for new systems of interest. Using these techniques I’ve already constructed a local CCSDTQ code, something which wasn’t so easy a decade ago.
