  • Research:
Contributions of thermal lensing to visual performance.

I am investigating the effects of thermal lensing on visual performance using an artificial eye. These experiments strive to assess how several parameters, such as pigmentation, pupil size, and exposure duration, will affect the thermal lensing, and thus if safety standards should be adjusted accordingly. In addition I am developing computer simulations to model thermal lensing under the various conditions.
