  • Research:
Plant Community and Population Ecology, Mathematical applications in Ecology and Evolution. I am interested in investigating spatial patterns in vegetation and tracking change in landscape ecology across spatial and temporal scales.

My dissertation explores the relationship of the conspicuous regional trends observed in Wisconsin upland forest understory plants over the last 50-years to the spatial distribution and association of individual species at local scales, as well as their dependency on the local environment defined by biotic and abiotic factors.
