    Theoretical and computational modeling of macromolecular conformational dynamics.

    I am interested in developing new methods for modeling conformational dynamics in proteins and nucleic acids. This involves combining aspects of molecular simulation, NMR spectroscopy and computational statistics to form fundamentally new algorithms to create a widely applicable set of tools for studying molecular dynamics.
