My research work focuses on receptor-ligand recognition, protein-protein interaction, receptor signaling, on proteins of significant biomedical interests, such as molecular mechanisms related to diabetes, cancer immunology and viral infection/evasion. To address the central question of molecular recognition, I use a variety of tools in biochemistry and biophysics, particularly via structural biology (both x-ray crystallography and NMR) and chemical biology approaches.
