  • Research:
I am interested in the effect of environmental heterogeneity on the trajectory of coevolution between bacteria and phage.

My current project will examine the Geographic Mosaic Theory of Coevolution through a combination of selection experiments and surveys of natural populations on a tritrophic interaction between plant populations, the plant pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas syringae, and associated bacteriophage.
