    Investigating mechanisms associated with DNA Replication Fidelity

    My research focuses on mechanisms associate with DNA replication fidelity. Specifically I am looking at the impact of microsatellite sequences and imbalanced dNTP pools on mutagenesis by the B family of DNA polymerases.
