    Amir Ebrahimi was born in Babol, Iran, on September 11, 1986. He received the B.Sc. in electrical and computer engineering from University of Mazandaran, Babol, Iran, in 2008. He is currently pursuing M.Sc. student in electronic engineering at Babol University of Technology, Babol, Mazandaran, Iran and is with the integrated circuits Research Laboratory (ICRL), Babol University of Technology. His research interests are design of high-purity CMOS oscillators, mixed analog-digital integrated circuits focus on phase locked loops, Nonlinear ICs Focus on Fast Locking and CMOS RF circuits for wireless communications. Mr. Ebrahimi is a student member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE).
